We are pleased to welcome you here as our guest. In order to be able to provide for a pleasant stay for you as well as other guests, you are kindly requested to stick to the following rules and regulations:
CHECK-IN
All guests are requested to check in
upon arrival, also visitors who
intend to stay with guests of the
camping site for one or more days.
DOMICILIARY RIGHT
The administration of the camping
site is entitled to act as “master
of the house” and can, therefore,
refuse the acceptance of people as
guests or expel guests from the
grounds in the interest of other
guests if required, especially in
case of any breach of the applicable
rules and regulations.
DEAD SLOW DRIVING
Guests are required to drive at
walking speed in order to avoid
accidents with children playing on
the grounds and, besides, prevent
any nuisance for other guests due to
dust.
In winter, after snowfalls or frost,
you are requested to check for
yourself whether the weather
conditions permit the use of the
site’s paved lanes without risk or
not as it is not possible to keep
the lanes always free from ice and
snow.
REST PERIODS
Rest periods are from 12:30 p.m. to
02:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to
07:00 a.m. The barrier will remain
closed during these times and will
only be opened in case of
emergencies. In case of an emergency
please contact the site management
or dial the emergency phone numbers
110 or 112 and use the emergency key
available at the barrier.
In the interest of all guests
driving is not allowed on the
grounds during these times (with the
exception of emergencies). Besides,
please avoid all noises, work or
other activities which may disturb
other campers. The sound volume of
radios and the like must be adjusted
to tent level.
CLEANLINESS
Do you share our preference for
cleanliness? You are requested to
handle all sanitary facilities as
well as all rented accommodations
with care. Children under the age of
6 years are not allowed to use the
washing and WC facilities unattended
by grown-ups.
DOGS
Dogs are always to be kept on a
leash and may not be taken into the
washing and WC facilities. Any
pollution caused by them must be
cleaned up by their owners.
WASTE, SEWAGE, FAECES
Waste and material which can be
recycled must be separated and put
into the respective containers
provided for this purpose.
For sewage and faeces you are
requested to use only the respective
disposal sites provided for this
purpose.
OPEN FIRE
Open fire is not permitted (this
applies also to grill trays). You
may have a barbecue on your own
respective parcel or use the site’s
barbecue area.
FIRE
The gas facilities of your caravan
must be checked every 2 years by a
competent technician. A date for
such check is to be requested at the
check-in.
In case of a fire, please call the
fire brigade by dialling 111,
indicate your lot, the name and
number of the lane. Inform the
camping site administration so that
we can guide the fire brigade
without delay to your respective
lot. Besides, please use the fire
extinguishers provided on the site.
CAMPING LOTS
It is not permitted to surround your
respective lot with a ditch and rain
pipes.
On the day of your departure, you
must leave your lot or rented
accommodation until 11:00 a.m.
A later departure implies additional
costs as per schedule of fees.
Please inform us in due time in
advance in case you want to stay
longer than agreed in the beginning.
At any rate, you must always keep
your lot or parcel clean and in good
shape and also leave it in that
state.
PARKING
It is not permitted to park your
vehicle on areas not rented by you.
THEFT
Tiles, plants and other objects on
camping lots which are not occupied
for the time being belong to the
camping site itself and, therefore,
it would be a theft to take them
away. You are kindly requested to
inform us in case you should witness
any occurrences of this kind.
WASHING OF CLOTHING
For reasons of hygiene it is not
permitted to use the basins for the
washing of dishes also for the
washing of clothing. Please use the
respective washing basins provided
for this purpose or the washing
machines.
The latter are to be found in the
washing building 1 (adjacent to the
indoor swimming pool). The key is
available at the check-in.
DRINKING WATER
Please fetch your drinking water
only from the respective faucets
which are marked correspondingly and
painted in blue.
RESPONSIBILITY
We do not assume any responsibility
for thefts or damages done to the
property of our guests by third
parties or on account of force
majeure. All leisure activities on
the grounds are done at your own
risk. Parents are bound to exercise
their supervisory duties with
respect to their children and are
responsible for them. The use of any
playgrounds and sports grounds will
likewise be made at your own risk
and responsibility.
